بدخولك إلى tybo.com أو تكليف تايبو بالخدمات، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام موقعنا أو خدماتنا.
Tybo provides bilingual UX writing, cultural localization, and content systems for digital products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work (SOWs) signed by both parties.
تقدم تايبو خدمات كتابة تجربة المستخدم ثنائية اللغة، والتوطين الثقافي، وأنظمة المحتوى للمنتجات الرقمية. تُحدَّد المخرجات والجداول الزمنية والرسوم المحددة في بيانات العمل (SOWs) الموقّعة من الطرفين.
All engagements are governed by a written SOW. Scope changes require written approval from both parties and may affect timelines and fees. Out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.
تخضع جميع الارتباطات لبيان عمل مكتوب. تتطلب تغييرات النطاق موافقة خطية من الطرفين وقد تؤثر على الجداول الزمنية والرسوم. سيتم تسعير الأعمال خارج النطاق بشكل منفصل.
Upon full payment, all final deliverables produced specifically for the client become the client's property. Tybo retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and anonymized portfolio references unless otherwise agreed in writing.
عند الدفع الكامل، تصبح جميع المخرجات النهائية المنتجة خصيصاً للعميل ملكاً للعميل. تحتفظ تايبو بحق استخدام المنهجيات العامة والأطر والمراجع المجهولة لمحفظة الأعمال ما لم يُتَّفق على غير ذلك خطياً.
Tybo treats all client materials, business information, and project content as confidential. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and are standard for fintech and banking engagements.
تتعامل تايبو مع جميع مواد العميل ومعلومات الأعمال ومحتوى المشروع كمواد سرية. تتوفر اتفاقيات عدم الإفصاح المتبادلة عند الطلب وهي معيارية لارتباطات التكنولوجيا المالية والبنوك.
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final invoice) are detailed in each SOW. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur reasonable fees and pause active work.
تفاصيل شروط الدفع (الإيداع، المعالم، الفاتورة النهائية) في كل بيان عمل. تستحق الفواتير خلال 14 يوماً من الإصدار ما لم يُتَّفق على غير ذلك خطياً. قد تؤدي المدفوعات المتأخرة إلى رسوم معقولة وإيقاف العمل النشط.
Tybo warrants that work is original, performed by qualified senior specialists, and delivered to the standards described in the relevant SOW. We do not warrant specific business outcomes (e.g., conversion rates) which depend on factors outside our control.
تضمن تايبو أن العمل أصلي ويتم تنفيذه من قبل متخصصين كبار مؤهلين ويُقدَّم وفق المعايير الموصوفة في بيان العمل ذي الصلة. لا نضمن نتائج أعمال محددة (مثل معدلات التحويل) التي تعتمد على عوامل خارج سيطرتنا.
Tybo's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or revenue.
تقتصر مسؤولية تايبو الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تنشأ عن ارتباط على الرسوم المدفوعة لذلك الارتباط. لسنا مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو العرضية بما في ذلك الأرباح أو الإيرادات المفقودة.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
لأي من الطرفين الحق في إنهاء الارتباط بإشعار خطي قبل 14 يوماً. العميل مسؤول عن رسوم العمل المكتمل حتى تاريخ الإنهاء. تستمر التزامات السرية بعد الإنهاء.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through Dubai courts if unresolved.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تُحلّ النزاعات من خلال التفاوض بحسن نية، ثم من خلال محاكم دبي إذا لم تُحَل.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. يشكل استمرار استخدام الخدمات بعد التغييرات قبولاً للشروط المحدثة.
